Whatever your level, this course is designed to progress your climbing ability. From drills and lessons used by the highest level climbers, to more advanced rope systems for use in challenging environments. Whether the barriers are mental or physical, we will equip you with the skillset to get more out of your climbing.
Available as a one or two day course, we will assess your climbing during the morning of the first day, and implement a range of techniques to help you improve.
The second day will involve further consolidation of the skills learned in the previous day, building confidence and moving on to implementing those skills on more technical terrain.
FEAR OF FALLING COURSE

Twitchy legs as you're climbing? Scared your gear won't hold you? Maybe you're embarrassed you will look scared in front of friends?
Whatever your fear is, we've got you! One of our owners had an extreme fear of heights when she started her climbing journey. Struggling to find people who could truly relate and understand the fear that would make you freeze, or not even be able to start a climb. Our instructor Amber had to come up with several exercises and Techniques that would help her overcome this herself. Now a confident and happy rock climbing instructor, Amber wants to help you overcome your fears and help make the most of your climbing experience.
INDOOR CLIMBING DEVELOPMENT COURSE

If you want to improve your fitness, technique, power, endurance, and really push those grades, nothing really does it like a good indoor session.
This Half Day course will look at your entire climbing process, evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, and implement the relevant techniques and methods as needed. We can also cover a number of advanced techniques and address problem-solving within climbing. We will also cover climbing fitness, how to train effectively, and more importantly, how to rest effectively!
